Supporting children in our local community
Eastside Auto Service is proud to continue its support of the Toys for Tots program.
Together with a group of local independent auto repair facilities, they are donating $3,000 in support of the 2016 Toys for Tots campaign! The group of local businesses include: Eastside Auto Service, Mark's Auto Service, ShopPros, Sil's Complete Auto Service, and Stop N' Go Automotive. In 2011 they began a partnership with Toys for Tots to help families in need in the region of Halton.

“Our group of shop owners have always been proud supporters of our communities, sponsoring local sports teams, charity events, and other organizations over the years,” explains Glenn Colling, President of Eastside Auto Service. “I had the fortune to meet Constable Jody Dugas to discuss the Toys for Tots campaign. In that meeting with Jody I could not help but sense her compassion, and passion for helping families in need in our wonderful region of Halton. There was absolutely no hesitation amongst our group to support Toys for Tots, and the over 4,000 families the organization helps each year. We are proud to partner with the Halton Police and the public for this worthy cause.”
The total financial support contributed by the local group of independent auto repair facilities over the last five years is $13,500! And combined with monetary donations, toys, and gift cards from their supportive customers, together they have contributed an additional $22,550 during that time.
