I feel that the service I have had over the years at Eastside (Chartwell) has been exceptional. They go out of their way to ensure that my appointments can be scheduled when I need them and they always take care of shuttling me (right on time) wherever I need to go while the vehicle is in for service. I feel confident that the vehicle has been thoroughly checked over, even when I am just bringing it in for an oil change or tire change. Terrific service! Took my Fiat there, for tires, tune up and repairs! Was informed of the status of all items checked on the car as part of the winterization inspection and what needed to be done as well as what to keep an eye on for the future! The breakdown/ overview was extremely helpful and very reassuring! Found my new service provider for all our vehicle needs!
