This is my 2nd visit to Napa. Dealt with John and I was sent a video of my windshield washer liquid container leaking. Gave John the go ahead to have it replaced and got a nice surprise upon pick up that it was just a loose hose and that saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Thanks John for your honesty and I would recommend Napa to anyone.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for about 2 years now and we could not be happier with the service. Their work is honest, transparent and reasonably priced. They make honest recommendations about repairs that need to be done, as well as repairs that can be held off until a future date. They take photos of all their recommendations and send them directly to the customer. A prime example of a family owned business doing it right! Even though we moved out of the area, we happily drive 30+ minutes to bring our vehicles in for service because we trust them and know they care about us and the work they do. We are very grateful for Eastside Auto.
