This is my first experience with this establishment. An absolute positive experience right from the get go ! Dealing with Crystal on the phone with her lovely telephone professionalism was a plus plus for me. Also, comforting to know that a lot of BMW's are serviced here which speaks to the experience required for foreign cars.

You hear a lot that "My mechanic charged me extras on repairs I didn't need" from a lot of people. Honestly, I share that experience with alot of people about most mechanic shops. The good news is; Not all are like that and there are many honest people and shops around - one of them is, Eastside Auto Service in Oakville. Why I say so? Well, my daughter had a punctured tire and ended up in this shop. They changed her spare tire for free. Now it might not be that big of a job but even 1 minute of their time was precious. Thank You Easide Auto Service for getting my daughter back on the road and on her way to work about 2 weeks ago! Not only you didn't charge her but you gave her your time too. Very kind of you and very much appreicated! Umer.
