I searched for awhile before I landed on trying Eastside’s, in a quest to divorce myself from my dealership’s service department. I decided on Eastsides based on reviews, ratings and a call into John to chat about their philosophy about car repairs. I had my first servicing today and they did not disappoint. Absolutely first class customer service and auto work. My oil change was done in a blink (and comparing to a previous dealers bill, at half the price). John suggested a cabin air filter replacement but I knew that needed to be done. And that was it. In and out in a couple of hours. There’s a customer care plan that is amazing (including free oil change after 4 of them, roadside assistance,etc). They also have a shuttle if you need for drop off and pick up. To me this is pretty unique and special for a small independent auto mechanic. 5 huge glowing stars. Ive found my guys and happy to tell everyone I know.

Professional courteous staff. I am confident that my vehicle is serviced approximately and no unnecessary work is done . I have been a customer for a few years and I am very pleased with them.
