Hello John and Eastside/Speers: Ah, my car is fixed and I am one happy car driving customer. I listed my various issues and with some new ones coming to my attention, John, always kept me updated, provided the cost and reassured me of a 'great' fix. I truly appreciated Alister, the shuttle service driver for pick-up. As soon as I drove it off the lot, I instantly knew that the repairs, we well done and my Maxima longer sounded like a 'race car'.
