Hello John and Eastside/Speers: Ah, my car is fixed and I am one happy car driving customer. I listed my various issues and with some new ones coming to my attention, John, always kept me updated, provided the cost and reassured me of a 'great' fix. I truly appreciated Alister, the shuttle service driver for pick-up. As soon as I drove it off the lot, I instantly knew that the repairs, we well done and my Maxima longer sounded like a 'race car'. Just had my car in for a yearly checkup/detailing, and I have to say, I've never encountered a more friendly and professional service. My car is second hand so things do need fixing more often, but the price quote was explained to me in depth and they were very transparent about everything they were doing. My brakes feel way more secure and they fixed some minor issues I didn't even know about! Your quote is presented to you online and they don't push you into anything you didn't agree to - just let you know if they found something that needs fixing and let you choose to proceed. The costs are very fair and the service is, again, exemplary. They also shuttle you to and from your home if you live in Oakville, which is just wonderful on a 30+ degree day. I know I won't have to come back any time soon, which is a good thing when you're a mechanic!
