Great experience of working with Eastside Auto Service. I used to go to the dealer or Costco for seasonal maintenance. This time due to parts reaching service limit, I have to replace them. Found Eastside Auto Service on Google. I submitted a request on their website and received a call from Jeremy immediately to confirm the appointment. Dropped off my car on an early Friday morning, quickly discussed the requirements and had the paperwork done. They soon dispatched a shuttle vehicle and provided me a ride back home. Shortly after arriving home, I received an email from Jeremy with the access to an online report with all the details and breakdown from the inspection to make it quite easy to understand. Two minutes after, Jeremy called and described again the issues and the recommended service together with the proposed costs. The price was very reasonable and fell right on my budgets, so I said "please go ahead" without any hesitation. Late in the afternoon, received a call again from Jeremy to confirm that all repairs are complete, 15 minutes later the shuttle vehicle stopped at my front entrance to give me a ride back to the garage to pick up my car. The repairs were nicely and professionally done, I no longer have to worry about the risks of driving with my 8 years old brake pads and rotters. And many thanks to Jeremy the service advisor and the gentleman (sorry I should've asked for his name) who provided the shuttle service, it was a pleasant journey! I was a little nervous because I've never worked with any private car service company before, but Eastside Auto Service has provided me the confidence! Will see you folks soon!
