The other day I went in and did my brake service. The staff was very helpful and supportive, I dealt with John and Peter at the front desk, who offered much better price than at my dealer. While I was waiting for the service to be finished on my car, the staff was very friendly, you can grab a coffee at the front to pass some time. Finally I was offered a car wash and was sent off with a smile. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

The service was perfect from start to finish. They listened to what I needed (a transmission replaced), offered me options, and executed perfectly - they even washed the car for free!!! I had a terrific experience @ Eastside Auto. I dealt with Jeremy who was awsome to deal with; very experienced and HONEST. I had several opinion on my BMW but Eastside diagnostics was precise and acurate. I did the fixes recommended by them and the car drives like brand new. I will now take my wife's Mercedes here and recommend my son to also take him BMW here as well. Thank you guys!
