I had a great experience at Eastside Automotive (Speers Rd.). My Ford Escape tailgate was a mess with multiple issues. Peter was very courteous and provided me with a detailed estimate. I was also given one of their 'vintage' loaner cars free of charge while my Escape was being repaired. The price was reasonable and competitive with other local garages. Also, received a courtesy wash and vacuum. Customer service was great and would recommend to others.

Phenomenal service. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. They dropped me off where I needed to go after I dropped my car off to get fixed. 5/5. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place. I got tired of having bad and expensive service at dealers. This business has been here in OAkville for more than 40 years, they are honest, professional, and reliable mechanics . Their costumer service is second to none.

Good prices, good work, and they always inspect the car for free(sometimes you'll go for a X dollar job but you get a quote for higher because they quote all the problems they find. They have no issue just fixing what you want though. Unless the additional items they find are obvious safety concerns.) The warranty on parts and labour is great. They also will show you the problem on your car if you can not understand what they're explaining to you. I have never had a complaint. I don't understand why there are negative reviews. I would recommend in a heart beat.

Best service experience ever. Drove up from Denver to visit my brother who lives a couple of blocks away from EastSide, and had car issues. The folks at Eastside (thanks Dawn & Team) did an amazing job to get me back out in time to make it home - the whole job only took 24 hours, but anywhere in the US where I live would have been a week. And, they even washed the dead bugs off the car!

I recommend Eastside to all my Oakville area family and friends. Excellent customer service and some of the most knowledgable mechanics in Oakville.
