I've been to this shop many times over the past 10 years for different issues with different vehicles. They have always been great. Very trustworthy, professional and flexible. I would recommend East Side Auto to anyone.

Worked directly with Devin. Was looking into purchasing a new car. After 2 weeks of intensive searching, he found me a car, 4200 dollars cheaper than anyone else in the GTA. Constant communication and no haggling at all. I think the total was 540 dollars above dealer cost for a 2014. I was very picky into color and model and he found me exactly what i was looking for. Thanks for the great work.

The customer service that Eastside provides is second to none. I knew they did repairs but I had no idea the car detailing service was so good! I just got my car back (I admit it was a "bit" dirty) and the guys simply gave me back a brand new-looking vehicle! The attention to detail was amazing and the value for the money I paid surpassed my expectations... highly recommended!

They say what work they will do and do what they say, at the price they quote, without surprises. Work completed on time.

Excellent customer service and their attention to detail makes Eastside Auto a place that I can trust with my vehicle. So many shops fleece their customers and prey on their ignorance. They do what they say and they charge what they say, and I've only ever had excellent experiences. I've had major work done on my vehicle there and not only had a great price, but the work was done promptly and professionally.

I recently had a flat tire in the dark in arctic conditions (feels like -30). I called CAA and a mechanic from East Side came out to fix the tire in no time. I took the vehicle into East Side the following day for repair and unfortunately the tire was too damaged to be patched which they took the time to show me. They were able to bring in a replacement from Hamilton same day and get me on the road again in time to go north for a ski weekend. Service above and beyond the call in my view. They are professional, knowledgeable and polite and I couldn't recommend them enough!! We will be back.
